Baikal Tour "Winter Journey to Olkhon Island" 5 Days 4 Nights

Winter Tour to Olkhon Island — The Ice of Lake Baikal

Winter on Lake Baikal is one of the most extraordinary experiences in Russia. From February to March the lake freezes into ice so transparent you can see meters below the surface — with frozen methane bubbles, towering pressure ridges and crystal ice caves. This 5-day tour takes you to the legendary ice of Olkhon Island, the largest island on Lake Baikal, and back through the historic city of Irkutsk.
